Group Travel Agent Expert

Business Meeting Group

A “Group” in Travel Agent terms is anything over five-ten (5-10) rooms depending on the vendor.  To me it is anything over six (6) travelers or multiple travelers from different locals flying into one destination. 

I have worked with Business Groups of over 225 travelers (over 98 rooms, doubles and single travelers) to as small as six (6) travelers wanting the same destination departing from different locals of the US and Europe.

Each “Group” is unique and has their own desires from….

·        Private check ins

·        Coordinating transfers and flights

·        Cocktail hour with/without Hors d'oeuvres 

·        Meeting spaces

·        Audio/visual

·        Lighting

·        Photography

·        Private dinners

·        Final Night Beach Dinner

·        Added optional excursions for your group to choose from.

·        Travel Group Consultant – 1 per 30 travelers or 15 rooms (meets with                     food/bev, financial, and groups on a daily basis) This is very important to               make sure the program is working as it should and the resort isn’t taking               advantage of our client.

·        Etc.
