It is a A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its villages are Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. These villages are renowned for their breathtaking landscapes, terraced vineyards, and crystal-clear waters. Whether you’re looking to hike the rugged trails between the villages, savor authentic Ligurian cuisine, or simply relax by the sea, there really is something for everyone here. I am partial to Riomaggiore; its sunset views cannot be beat. Portofino is a destination near and dear to my heart because my Italian grandmother visited when I was young and her pictures were breathtaking. Portofino is famous for its picturesque harbor and upscale ambiance. The energy, diversity, and sheer scale of the city are magnificent, but what truly sets it apart is its ability to blend iconic tourist attractions with lesser-known gems. For those planning their trip, I’m here to guide you through both worlds. If it’s your first time in New York, you’ll want to experience the famous sights.
