An INCREDIBLE trip to Japan!!
I had an amazing experience booking my trip to Japan with Alexa! She was knowledgeable, helpful and was a pleasure to speak to. I had no idea where to start to in planning my trip but Alexa made the process so smooth. The selection of destinations and activities were impressive and I felt like I got to see a lot of what Japan had to offer in my two week trip. The hotels, restaurants, and tours planned were all incredible and I highly recommend Alexa for all of your travel needs!

Alexa helped me plan a trip to Japan. She was amazingly responsive and found us some great places including a last minute change to a Ryokon in Kyoto that worked out just terrifically, Alexa also helped fix some problems that we experienced during the trip. I will definitely work with her again next time I need help with trip planning.

Alexa was great. She was so thorough, so great with the follow-through and so understanding with on-again/off-again plans. Travel is always stressful, but we had a great time and all Alexa’s help made it relatively painless.

Alexa help us out with our flights and then continued on and communicated with our resort. She made us feel completely calm and well taken care. Alexa response time was on point, very fast even though the time difference from our resort. Nutshell, Alexa made it very very stress free for us.
