It's my utmost pleasure as both a travel advisor as well as a Coeur d’Alene local to introduce you to one of the most breathtaking cities in the world, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Set in the middle of the Coeur d’Alene Mountains alongside Lake Coeur d’Alene lies the town of Coeur d’Alene. Its awe-inspiring scenery is not easily measured. When my husband first came to see my hometown of Coeur d’Alene he described it as “Dropping down from the mountains - all you see for miles is Lake Coeur d’Alene. It was breathtaking. Never in my life have I experienced such beauty”. Lake Coeur d’Alene is considered one of the world's five most beautiful lakes by National Geographic. The lake reflects the light of the sky. You are mesmerized by the water that sparkles like millions of tiny sapphires in every direction. It is fed by the St. Joe River and it is the starting point of the Spokane River. Coeur d’Alene has long since attracted visitors because of its unparalleled natural beauty. Starting in the 1800’s people traveled the St. Joe River by steamship to visit this iconic lake and its lakefront city. Travelers today can revel in the spectacular sights on one of the five daily cruises, ranging from 90 minutes to 6 hours, along Lake Coeur d'Alene, St. Joe and the Spokane River. My personal favorite is the sunset dinner cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene. There is no way to describe how the sun starts to kiss and then melt into the mountains and lake. It is truly a sight to behold. During the holiday season there is a special “Journey to the North Pole Cruise” that brings children and their families across Lake Coeur d’Alene to meet Santa Claus, MrsClaus, and the elves at his workshop. The evening concludes with a majestic fireworks display over the Lake. It is an evening that you as well as your children will remember for a lifetime (My children still remember their Journeys to the North Pole and still are amazed that Santa Claus knew their name). The Coeur d’Alene Cruises set sail from the floating boardwalk which sits on Lake Coeur d’Alene Lake and alongside the Coeur d’Alene Resort. The Boardwalk, (nicknamed by the locals), is the world's longest boardwalk at 3,300 feet long. Unlike other cities, this boardwalk offers the best scenery of any boardwalk in the world. The uninterrupted views of Lake Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding mountains captivate visitor’s senses and reveal a true back to nature experience. Romantic Kid Free Getaway!!

Beautiful romantic week to Key Largo planned completely by Heather. My husband and I both work full time, and are full time parents so anytime we get alone together is rare and means a lot. With that said, our week long vacation to Key Largo meant the world to us both. We flew into Miami, had a fun, sporty, no kids allowed, rental car waiting for us upon arrival, checked into our hotel steps from the pristine beach and the gorgeous blue water. Heather planned all of our excursions with our highlight being the glass bottom boat tour. It was truly magical and a vacation we will remember forever. Heather made everything so easy and carefree. She was just as excited for us to go as we were to go. I will email her any and every time we are planning a trip or getaway. She is wonderful!
