Great Trip planned by an even Greater Travel Agent
Monique did a wonderful job planning a family trip for myself and my siblings to Williamsburg, VA. While I was already somewhat familiar with the area, she was able to provide us information on 'hidden gems' within the area that we were not aware of!
She was very thorough from the beginning to end of the trip by all the right questions to ensure she had all information needed to plan a wonderful family vacation. She was very responsive to all questions and did a great job of ensuring we were as prepared as possible for our long weekend. She made sure we were able to include fun activities for everyone (children and adults) as we visited Busch Gardens, Lounged out on the beach for a day, and we were even able to do a little retail therapy at the Tanger Outlets after a little wine tasting at the Williamsburg Winery (only the adults ;-) ). I cannot wait until my family is ready for another weekend retreat, as we will be reaching out to Monique for her wonderful services once again.

First trip out the US!
Monique was absolutely incredible! She was so thorough and consistent, but especially PATIENT!!! We made so many changes to the trip itself and had so many bumps on our end but Monique was always kind and had great tips. She helped me with the process with getting our passports and answered the millions of questions I tossed her way! She gave me a variety of options and the more we spoke, the more I saw she would pick up on our wants/needs and she would cater her suggestions to those things. The consistency didn’t stop once we went on the trip either! First of all before we even get to the airport she made sure to give us any last minute reminders and tips as this was our first time traveling internationally, but while on the trip she was checking in as well. When I was dissatisfied with something at our resort, she called right away and made sure the resort treated us like royalty for the remainder of the trip! Second Time Around!
Monique was incredibly attentive, with a keen eye for detail and excellent follow-through on every piece of our trip. She was always available to problem-solve and intervene for any in destination unplanned inconveniences. Most importantly, she was a great listener as before. Would recommend.

The best trips over the past year
