One of my favorite parts about Scotland is the Whiskey!  No visit to Scotland is complete without indulging in its liquid gold. My personal favorite is Islay for that peaty, smokey flavor. It is also one of my favorite islands with so much charm. If you aren't a peat lover, you might the smooth elegance of Speyside, and the robust character of the Highlands, or try the underrated Campbeltown single malts.
