Invested in her clients and family

We really appreciated Jen's approach to assisting us in the planning of our trip to Phoenix and Tucson. She was able to help us tailor our first time experience of Arizona as a family with several young children.

Jen communicated with us during the planning phase of the trip and made herself available to us during the trip to help us work out some logistical questions we encountered along the way.

You could definitely tell that Jen invests herself in the work she does and that she was genuinely concerned for how our family experienced our trip. She not only listens, but advises and helps to improvise for the unexpected.

Jen was efficient and considerate of our family size and preferences in the booking of our hotel, flight, and transportation, down to even the time of year we should aim to visit.

I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who is as invested and knowledgeable about Phoenix and Tucson, especially with a family in mind.
