Very sweet, helpful, and patient. Available from beginning to end and able to address all questions and concerns in a timely manner. Travel kits are a plus along with a complimentary excursion.

We have returned from Cancun Mexico booked with Jailene. The vacation was perfect and everything went according to schedule as booked. Everything went smoothly our flight, transfers and accommodation was exactly as we expected. I would not hesitate to book another vacation with Jailene.
