Universal Orlando Aventura Hotel
I visited Universal Studios April 24-26, 2022. While there, I stayed at Aventura Hotel. This was my first time trying Aventura Hotel, though I'd been to Universal Studios Orlando MULTIPLE times. The Superstar Shuttle (Mear's Shuttle) was waiting for me upon my airport arrival and it took about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the front of my resort. This is always super nice. The hotel has a very modern look inside and out and upon checking in and getting to my room, I found the room has some fancy amenities available! The room is controlled by an ipad on the nightstand. You use it as a TV remote, to change the temperature of the room, even control some of the lights. It's very slick.
Look for my other posts on the actual Universal Trip but wanted to give my experience on this hotel since it was my first time at this one.
The room was large and had a nice view of the pool area and Cabana Bay Beach Resort (where we stayed on our last visit). The room had a large television and a queen sized bed that was super clean and comfortable. The restroom was clean and modern with grays and whites as the main color scheme.
There is a path to walk to the parks that is about 3/4 miles. You get to skip the LONG lines of the metal detectors into CityWalk! It's about a 15 minute walk but SO worth it as the walk takes you along the waterways and garden paths!
The room was quiet at night and I ordered a pizza delivered to my room. The pool is smaller compared to some of the others on campus but it was never crowded or obnoxiously noisy.
All-in-all this is a WONDERFUL resort and I cannot wait to return to this place and enjoy it again!
