Nothing but happiness! My dream vacation is booked and I couldn't be happier. She was able to stay in my budget when booking the cruise, airfare, and hotel stay. She was on top of everything. I had a absolutely great experience, was not sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and patient Dawne was with me. She was professional, efficient and very responsive. I would definitely use her and in the future and also refer her to friends and family. She is officially my go to Travel Agent.

Ms Dawne's outstanding efforts surpassed all of our initial expectations! My wife & I are first time cruisers. We were apprehensive at first, but it didn't take long for Ma Dawne gain our confidence. She did that by listening to what we wanted, what we hoped to accomplish, and incorporated all of that into an incredible itinerary, saving us money as well! We can't say enough of how impressed we are by her sincerity and desire to not only help us, but to answer any and all questions we had. Kudos to you, Ms Dawne! Dawne is my HERO!!! I used JW to book a 2021 Christmas vacation. I told Dawne what we wanted and her recommendations were so much more than I could have dreamed that would be in my budget! We're going to Universal Studios Florida for a week staying at the Swanky Lowes Royal Pacific, park passes, airfare etc. With Dawne I immediately felt confident this was the travel agency for me! She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable about all types of travel options and I appreciate her personal touch on recommendations. She thoroughly searched different options for me, and kept me apprised at all times. I will update my review upon our return.
