Creating lasting memories in Napa Valley involves indulging in the region's unique experiences, from wine tastings to scenic adventures. 

Napa Valley is synonymous with wine, and a trip wouldn't be complete without indulging in some wine tasting. Visitors have the opportunity to visit a variety of wineries, from historic estates to boutique vineyards, and sample a diverse range of wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Merlot.

The valley is adorned with rolling hills covered in lush vineyards. Many wineries offer breathtaking views of the landscape, making it an ideal setting for leisurely walks, photography, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.

Dishes may include red rice, okra soup, and collard greens. Must try classic restaurants include 82 Queen, Magnolia's, Slightly North of Broad, Peninsula Grill, Hall's Chophouse and Charleston Grill. For more foodies, you need to add  Chez Nous, Chubby Fish (if you don't mind a wait!), and Xiao Bao Biscuit to your list. I have many recommendations as this is my home town and I've worked in several restaurants around town. 

Charleston, SC, is surrounded by beautiful coastal areas and offers several nearby beaches for visitors to enjoy. Each beach here has a different vibe to it and there is sure to be one that fits your speed...

Folly Beach is known for its surf-friendly conditions. 

Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms is the place to visit if you're looking for a more upscale experience with its two championship golf courses: The Links Course, designed by Tom Fazio, and The Harbor Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf and Gary Player.

Sullivan's Island is a quiet and laid-back destination with a historic atmosphere. A small downtown strip features some of my favorite restaurants in town: Home Team BBQ, Obstinate Daughter & Poe's Tavern.

Kiawah Island offers a variety of golf courses that cater to different skill levels. Home to the renowned Ocean Course, designed by Pete Dye and host to major championships. Kiawah Island offers several other courses, including Turtle Point, Osprey Point, Cougar Point, and Oak Point.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Edisto Beach State Park, known for its unspoiled shoreline and maritime forest. Explore trails, go birdwatching, or simply relax by the water.

Many beaches in the Charleston area offer opportunities for kayaking and paddleboarding. You can rent equipment and explore the waterways. Taking a dolphin-watching tour to spot these playful marine creatures in their natural habitat is a fun family activity. Don't forget to bring sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun while enjoying the beaches.
