Nova Scotia Travel Agent Expert

Whether you're seeking rugged coastline, charming seaside towns, or stunning national parks, Nova Scotia has it all. That’s why I love being a Nova Scotia travel agent professional. From Halifax to Cape Breton Island and beyond, I can plan a trip for you that will leave you spellbound. So, get ready for a true adventure and begin packing your bags. Nova Scotia is one of Canada's maritime provinces, located on the country's east coast. The province is known for its scenic coastline, as well as its many small towns and villages. Halifax, the capital city of Nova Scotia, is a popular tourist destination. Other popular places to visit in Nova Scotia include Cape Breton Island, Peggy's Cove, and the Bay of Fundy. Nova Scotia is the Latin translation for New Scotland. Most of the inhabitants speak English and number around 969,385 people, according to the 2021 census. Halifax, the capital of Nova Scotia, is a beautiful seaside town with a rich history. The town is located on the Halifax Harbour, and is home to the Halifax Citadel, a national historic site. The citadel was built in the 18th century to protect the town from attack, and today it is a popular tourist attraction.  Halifax is also home to the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, which houses exhibits that detail the city’s seaside experiences. One of these displays showcases Halifax’s role in the Titanic disaster. The exhibit, which highlights the ship's creation and its end, shows how ship crews braved terrible weather conditions to recover the people who perished during the event. The ship sank on April 15, 1912. Nova Scotia's South Shore is a place of natural beauty. The rocky coastline, sandy beaches and towering cliffs make it a popular destination for tourists. Peggy's Cove is one of the most popular attractions on the South Shore.  The small fishing village is home to a lighthouse and some of the most beautiful views in Nova Scotia. Halifax, the capital city of Nova Scotia, is also located on the South Shore.  This coastline is home to some of the province's most popular tourist destinations, including the seaside towns of Mahone Bay (located along the lighthouse route) and Lunenburg. Exploring the National Parks and Trails Kejimkujik National Park and Cape Breton Highlands National Park are two parks well worth visiting. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or an adventurous outdoor experience, you'll find it in the Nova Scotia’s park system. The Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island Cape Breton Island is home to the world-famous Cabot Trail, a 185-mile scenic route that winds its way along the island's stunning coastline. The trail offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Canadian Maritimes, making it a must-see place for any Nova Scotia road trip. In addition to its natural beauty, the Cabot Trail is also home to numerous historic sites and attractions. Highlights include the Gaelic College of Arts and Crafts, the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site, and Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Lunenburg is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it's easy to see why. The town is located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, and it's known for its well-preserved architecture and vibrant maritime history.  The streets are lined with charming shops and cafes, and the waterfront is bustling with activity. There's plenty to see and do in Lunenburg, so be sure to add it to your Nova Scotia itinerary! Nova Scotia is home to some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. And one of the best ways to experience it is by whale watching. One of the places to find whales is Digby Neck - a peninsula that extends into the Bay of Fundy. You’ll also find whales off of Long Island and Brier Island.  The waters around these areas are teeming with marine life, including whales, dolphins, and seals. There are a number of tour operators that offer whale watching tours in Nova Scotia. These trips typically last a few hours and include stops at some of the best viewing spots in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, make sure to add whale watching in Nova Scotia on your trip-planning list and itinerary. The Bay of Fundy The Bay of Fundy sits between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick provinces. It’s well known for its  high tides at places like the Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick. For hikers and campers, Kejimkujik National Park offers miles of trails and pristine lakes to enjoy.  After a hike, you can get some nourishment and enjoy one of Nova Scotia’s famous lobster rolls. The classic sandwich is made with chunks of lobster meat that is spread onto a griddled and buttered split-top hotdog bun. Are you ready for an adventure? If so, let me plan your dream vacation to Nova Scotia. As your travel agent professional, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure you have a fantastic holiday! Call me today and let's begin planning your trip right away!

Awesome New Years in NH
We used Carrie to help us book a New Years Eve holiday with two other couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the frigid temperatures. We stayed in an amazing B&B in the North Conway, NH area. We were centrally located to everything (dining, shopping, super breakfast spots and skiing!). Even though it was FREEZING we could still walk everywhere! Our lodging was great, the suggested skiing was fantastic, and I can't say enough about the dinner suggestions. Carrie knew exactly what we were looking for and knew where we could find it! All of us highly recommend her!

Ski The East
Ski the east! We did and it was epic. Maine hospitality is awesome, nothing like Colorado. Carrie hooked us up with flights, rooms, vehicle, food, rentals (which were super sweet demos), and lift tickets. We can't wait to do it again.

?Romantic Anniversary Trip
?My husband and I have always wanted to travel to Maine to experience the quintessential New England lifestyle. It just always seemed so romantic! We contacted Carrie to help us plan and she helped us figure out what we wanted to do and experience. Her detailed itinerary was full of places to see, dining, and scenic drives.
