Turks and Caicos Travel Agent Specialist

One of the pleasures of being a travel agent is representing the Turks and Caicos Islands - an archipelago that lies in the Atlantic Ocean, made up of 40 coral isles. The British Overseas Territory sits southeast of the Bahamas. One of the popular islands is Providenciales, also commonly called Provo, home to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The beach has luxury resorts, scuba-diving sites, and restaurants. The 14-mile barrier on the island’s north shore is featured as is a magnificent underwater wall off the shore of Grand Turk Island. There's a good probability that any images of idyllic beaches you've used as desktop screensavers were taken in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Although this Caribbean island chain is a less-traveled area, it is home to some of the most breathtaking shores in the world, with sand so white it almost sparkles and water so clean and light blue that it seems you can see the ocean floor for miles. In contrast to other developed Caribbean islands, the great outdoors is prioritized in the Turks and Caicos Islands, so prepare to spend a lot of time in and around the picture-perfect waters. Snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, and sunbathing are the main pursuits here. Pack your swimwear and take a quick flight to this British territory to begin your holiday. Tropical island getaways simply don't get any nicer than a trip here.Major holiday months, particularly December through January and March through April, are the islands' busiest travel times (the islands are popular with Easter and spring break crowds). The islands are busier and more expensive during these months, but the weather is wonderful. However, many travelers believe that the spring season, which runs from February to April, is the finest time to visit the Turks and Caicos Isles because it offers the perfect balance of pleasant weather, affordable prices, and a wide selection of accommodations. To get the best rates, avoid the weekends surrounding holidays. One of the greatest events on the islands occurs every last weekend in May and is known as the Big South Regatta. On South Caicos, there is a customary yacht race with lots of activities scheduled for both competitors and spectators. Another significant yearly event is the Conch Festival, which takes place on Providenciales the last weekend in November every year. The Turks and Caicos Islands is the official name of the nation, however most people just refer to it as "Turks and Caicos" or "TCI." It is erroneous to refer to the group of islands as just "Turks" or "Caicos.” The main form of payment on the islands is the U.S. dollar, and English is widely spoken. There is no need for power adapters because the islands use 120v, 60Hz electricity. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS), where all planes land, is where travelers can board the Caicos Express or InterCaribbean for inter-island transit. Both have everyday flight options. The single cruise ship station on the islands, the Grand Turk Cruise Center near Grand Turk's southern tip, is where many guests come aboard cruise ships. Boat transport between islands is also an option. The islands lack buses and railroads, but you can get around using a cab or rental car. On Providenciales, Grand Turk, and North and Middle Caicos, taxis are available; they are often rather pricey. The majority of taxis are huge vans that passengers share while traveling the same route. Similar to Uber, Conch Cab is a well-known taxi service that can be ordered using an app. However ,it only serves Providenciales. If you drive yourself, keep in mind that driving is on the left, not right. The maximum speed limit is 40 mph on highways and 20 mph in villages. You’ll love the Turks and Caicos as much as I like sharing details about the island nation. Give me a call to contact me by email for all the details now. As your travel agent specialist, I will do everything in my power to ensure you have an unforgettable trip.

Fabulous
I am big shopper and find my way to Miami every few months to visit the Design District and shops in SoBe. Over the past twenty years I have probably stayed in thirty hotels in Brickell and Miami Beach but always like to try my hand at a new property to switch things up. While my last travel advisor, Miss Ginger, retired, I was nervous to try someone new out. Let me just tell you, Matt is young and vibrant, eager to help cater to your every need. He chose the best flight times, hotel, and boat charters and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. He definitely has a taste for luxury so keep that in mind when choosing to work with him (a plus for me but maybe not for a backpacker??).

Best of the Best
I think Matt is the best of the best. Already referred him to friends and family. Well worth the planning fee he charged for our group of 20. Gave us great rates on the resorts and found very affordable airfare.

Good Honesty
Matt is super nice and respectful. Very pleasant to work with but be prepared for his honesty. We were planning a trip to South Beach because we have not been since the 80's. After expressing that we wanted to stay on Ocean Drive, Matt simply told us that is "not a wise move". Well good thing we took his advice, because Ocean Drive is not the place it used to be! Miami Beach is still incredible and with his recommendations, you will have a great time. Best advice? Listen to his! Will use him again for our next trip.
