Meeting and Incentive Travel Agent Expert

My company, Carlisle Incentives, a part of Carlisle Travel, is completely dedicated to meeting planning and incentive travel. We know from experience that a group meeting is not manageable by a Travel Agent. For over 35 years we have been providing meeting planning services to our clients through Carlisle Incentives, handling all aspects of meeting and incentive travel. Every meeting is coordinated from a central point of contact. This central point of contact is the Program Coordinator who is assigned to the program from beginning to end. Our Program Coordinators are all certified with years of experience. Our Program Coordinators work directly with the client, all vendors and other internal resources within Carlisle to insure success. Carlisle works with our clients in every aspect of the meeting or incentive program, from hotel negotiation, ground transfers, marketing to full administration of the registration process and on-site supervision. We work with groups as small as 15 passengers to 1500 person conventions and users conferences. Registration of participants is a key part of any program. Carlisle has designed our own proprietary meeting planning software and registration programs to insure success. All registration is done online and can be linked to Concur Travel to allow the user to book their travel when registering for a meeting. Complementing the online registration process is a full array of reports available to ensure a successful meeting

Best Trip Ever because of Blake

Blake was with us the entire trip from the beginning till I walked back in my house. He was so kind and caring about our trip. He got us all sort of amenities such as early check in and late check out, champagne in our hotel, breakfast daily and extra nights for free. I am planning my next trip to Europe and I will be using him definitely. Thank you Blake
