I love when I can help, as a travel agent professional, book Fiji vacations. Some think Fiji is one island. However, the island nation is home to 332 islands, with some sources claiming a total of 333 islands. The area also features 500 islets, most, if not all, due to volcanic activity. Fijians live in 110 of the country’s largest island, with Viti Levu being the most populous. Another island with a large population is Vanua Levu. Occupying about 7,056 square miles within the Pacific, Fiji makes travelers feel welcome, being warm and receptive to their needs. That is because the Fijian culture emphasizes friendship, which also explains why Fiji is a top destination. Indeed, Fiji is a unique island nation with a unique history. Therefore, your visit to the Pacific country will be as memorable as it is interesting. For instance, the fire walking ceremony began in Fiji, one of the country’s most popular traditional activities.
