You can also pick dew-sparkling amber berries, cloudberries, and lingonberries in places  such as Hardangervidda and Rondane. Also, Husmanskost is a hearty and inviting lunch you will love - open sandwiches that feature sourdough or rye bread, topped with charcuterie, veggies, or seafood. You can savor the cuisine in places, such as the Havariet Bistro in Oslofjord.  Classic dinner dishes include unique and succulent foods, such as elk meatballs and reindeer stew, also called finnbiff.
