Ireland landscape

Ireland is a beautiful country to explore, and self-drive trips are a popular way to experience its stunning landscapes and vibrant culture. Whether you're interested in exploring the scenic countryside, visiting historic sites, or immersing yourself in the lively atmosphere of cities like Dublin and Galway, there are plenty of options for self-drive adventures in Ireland. Here are some tips and suggestions to help you plan your trip:Renting a Car: Start by renting a car from one of the many car rental companies available at major airports and cities in Ireland. It's important to have a valid driver's license and be familiar with driving on the left side of the road if you're not used to it. Consider booking your car in advance to secure the best rates.Planning Your Itinerary: Ireland offers a variety of attractions, from coastal drives to castles and ancient ruins. Consider how much time you have and what areas you'd like to explore. Some popular routes include the Wild Atlantic Way, the Ring of Kerry, the Causeway Coastal Route, and the Boyne Valley. Research these routes and their highlights to determine which ones align with your interests.Driving Tips: Familiarize yourself with Irish road rules and driving etiquette. Be aware of speed limits, which are posted in kilometers per hour (km/h), and watch out for narrow and winding roads, particularly in rural areas. Take your time and enjoy the scenic drives, but also be cautious and courteous to other drivers.Accommodation: Ireland offers a range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to cozy bed and breakfasts and self-catering cottages. Consider your budget and preferences when choosing where to stay. It's advisable to book accommodation in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons.Attractions and Activities: Ireland has numerous attractions to explore. Some must-see sites include the Cliffs of Moher, the Giant's Causeway, the Blarney Stone, the Rock of Cashel, and the Ring of Kerry. Additionally, consider visiting historic cities like Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Belfast, where you can experience the rich cultural heritage, vibrant nightlife, and traditional music scenes.Weather and Seasons: The weather in Ireland can be unpredictable, so pack layers and be prepared for rain. The summer months (June to August) are generally the warmest and busiest, while spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October) offer milder weather and fewer crowds. However, Ireland's landscapes are beautiful year-round, so plan according to your preferences.Safety and Insurance: Ensure that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers driving in Ireland. Familiarize yourself with emergency numbers and have a roadside assistance contact handy. Follow safety guidelines, buckle up, and drive responsibly.Local Customs: Embrace Irish hospitality and engage with locals. Traditional Irish music is an integral part of the culture, so try to catch a live music session in a pub. Respect the local customs and traditions, and be mindful of the environment by leaving no trace when exploring nature.

Perfect resort
Kori is the best agent to work with. Her knowledge in airlines and travel destinations is wonderful. I gave her a few spots in Mexico I would like to visit , and she had information sent to me within the next day.
I love her enthusiasm and professionalism.

Best trip!
We were traveling to Europe and incorporated a few days in Iceland on the way and had a wonderful time, great for the kids to see the puffins, the horses, and the lagoon.
