Stephani was an amazing travel agent. She coordinated a group cruise to Alaska with a stay in Seattle before and after the cruise. She was very knowledgeable and helpful before, during, and after the cruise. If any issues came up, she handled then quickly. I would definitely book with her again and have. I have 2 more vacations already booked.

All in all, it was a great experience and didn't consume lots of time We knew we wanted to go to Mexico and on the Atlantic side and having a 2.5-year-old and 8-month-old in tow, I needed some must-haves within our budget. There are so many resorts and reviews, it is just so hard to navigate, so I left it up to Stephani and even consulted some other agents, who would not stay within our budget and seemed to whip automatic responses. With kids, I needed a suite style room and family friendly with childcare and didn't want to both other guests. I also wanted a nice hotel and decent food and a nice fitness center. We landed on Paradisus La Esmeralda and it was perfect and the most kid- friendly environment ever (you don't want to go to family side without fairly young kids -- they are everywhere) which was perfect for us. You read so many reviews and they all had some complaints, dirty, too much walking, bad Wi-Fi etc. Stephani steered us in the perfect direction.
